2023. Honourable Mention awarded by the German Design Council in the category of Furniture Excellence to the sideboard Metamorphose. Honourable Mention awarded by the SIT Furniture Design Award to the sideboard Metamorphose. Participation in a Talk, in Italy, about Design: The past, the present and the future of Design in Tigullio Design District, in Italy. Participation in the Leadership Summit with the theme Biophilic Design - Symbiosis between people and nature.
2022. Head of Creativity of Gato Preto. Nomination for Design German Award with Metamorphose. Presence in different media, talking about design and sustainability.
2021. Collaboration with Miele. New partnership with the Portuguese brand Gato Preto. Publication on the Urbana magazine website of a set of reflections about the post-Covid house and the Sustainable House. Beginning of the Master's in Design for Sustainability at FBAUL. Creation of Women in Tech award produced by Vista Alegre. Talk, "Portugal do it better" for the association with the same name.
2020. Styling for a portuguese brand, Bordallo Pinheiro. Reflexion about the house after COVID at Campus Party, International Event. Live for 31 countries in 5 continents. Award Women in Tech by Nuno Matos Cabral Design Studio produced by Vista Alegre. Launch of the Sustainable House Guide.
2019. Primeira Casa da Rua store on-line opening, primeiracasadaruastore.com. Award Women in Tech by Nuno Matos Cabral Design Studio produced by Vista Alegre. Participation in a talk at Greenfest festival, "Design/Sustainability".
2018. Ambassador of the portuguese handicrafts at the International Fair of the Handicraft at the Lisbon International Fair. Judge at the Lisbon Design Show.
2017. Development of the brand Nuno Matos Cabral, started in 2001. Creation of furniture pieces in his own name.
2016. Launching at Maison et Objet, in Paris, of a furniture piece for the portuguese brand AR.
2015. Working as a Senior Designer in the portuguese design brand, AR. Starting the collaboration with a portuguese TV channel, SIC Mulher.
2014. Customization of a bottle of Absolut Vodka to be presented during Vogue Fashion Night Out Lisbon. Creativity Award at the Maker Faire Lisbon.
2013. Project of a piece to show all the technologies of sapo.pt/MEO from Altice Telecom. Creation of the blog primeiracasadarua.co.
2011. Project for the International French Cinema Festival in Lisbon. Talk at LXD, "Design - For a different hand".
2010. Worked in the creation of the interiors of an exhibition at the Design Museum - Triennale of Milan.

2001. After a degree in Law and lots of sketches Nuno Matos Cabral creativity never stopped.
1987. When Nuno was very young, he started drawing countless pieces of furniture in his school notebooks.
